After receiving your inquiry I will follow up to the provided email to learn more about your event and dessert needs. Once we have discussed the details and determined the scope of the project, I will send you a proposal and quote. I require a 50% non-refundable deposit before putting any cakes on my calendar. The remaining balance for celebration cakes is 1 week before your event. The final balance for wedding orders is 30 days ahead of delivery/pickup. 
I try to reply to all inquiries within 48-72 hours. Fri/Sat/Sun inquiries will usually be answered the following Monday. If you have sent me an inquiry and do not hear back within that time frame, please check your junk mail folder to make sure my response didn't wind up in the wrong place.
